My typical mornings

What do you do once you come to life in the morning? Some of us look into our mobiles while others go out for a brisk walk or jog. Some drink coffee and watch television and some read newspapers. While majority of the people settle down to know what is happening around us, how many of us wants to know and improve what's within. Let me take you through my morning routine which might benefit some of you into making your day a whole lot better.

As soon as i wake up i brush teeth and drink plenty of water and go outside to do what's called earthing. Earthing is a process where you stand on the ground bare foot. This might sound silly but earthing has a lot of benefits such as reduction of cortisol levels, reduces stress and rejuvenates mind, body and soul. Everyday you walk outside with your shoes which prevents the charges from earth making contact with your body. Earthing helps in feeling positive and will definitely help in jump starting your day.

This is followed by moderate workout and green tea. Post workout i sit and plan my work for the day. I make sure i write down all the agendas so that i don't miss anything and then i head for shower. I prefer cold water shower only. It helps in keeping me active throughout the day. while hot water shower have its benefits likewise cold water shower helps in creating mental strength and improves blood circulation.

Your body tells a lot about your personality. Therefore i make sure in eating plenty of protein and adequate carbohydrates and fats in the morning. It is very important to have a balanced diet to work and function at your highest level. I also make sure to wear comfortable and well tailored dress. It not only makes you good looking but also boosts your confidence and helps in making my mornings productive and happier.
